An approval-led partnership for creators and publishers who introduce their audiences to Hartwell furniture. Qualifying sales can earn commission under an agreed arrangement.
Who can apply?
Creators, bloggers, publishers and community advocates with relevant audiences are welcome to apply. Professional healthcare referrers should visit Hartwell Professional.
Do I need a minimum number of followers?
We review relevance, quality and promotional plans. No universal follower threshold is published; acceptance is individually reviewed.
Is there a fee to join?
Any programme conditions will be set out before you accept your partnership. Contact our team to confirm the current terms.
How do I earn commission?
An accepted referral must result in a completed sale meeting your agreed eligibility rules. Approval is not automatic.
How much commission can I earn?
Rates and eligible products are individually agreed. Full details are provided on acceptance; no earnings are guaranteed.
How are referrals tracked?
Through quoted referral codes, consented links, permitted introductions and authorised staff attribution under the agreed policy.
What happens if my referral purchases over the telephone?
Ask the customer to quote your code. Our advisors can associate the code with the enquiry and review any qualifying sale.
What happens if a customer books a home consultation?
The introduction can continue through the home assessment and quotation stages. A booking alone does not earn commission.
When will I receive my commission?
Eligibility and payment timing are defined in your agreement. Your portal distinguishes pending, approved, payable and recorded paid amounts.
What happens if an order is cancelled or refunded?
Commission can be withheld, adjusted or reversed in accordance with the accepted terms. The ledger records the financial status separately from the sales journey.
Can I promote Hartwell Living on social media?
Yes, subject to approval and brand guidelines. Clearly disclose advertising and affiliate relationships and avoid unsupported medical claims.
Can I access product images and videos?
Approved partners can access resources published for affiliate use. Website images are not automatically licensed for redistribution.
Do I need to own a Hartwell product?
