Your details, treated thoughtfully

When you request samples, we collect your name, contact details, delivery address, selected materials, furniture interest, advisor preference and any notes you provide. We use these to process your request, arrange delivery and respond to requested advice.

Operational messages and marketing

Marketing is optional and separate from fulfilling your request. Leaving the marketing box unticked does not affect your ability to request free samples. Customer emails are not enabled yet.

Access and storage

Request details are stored securely and available only to authorised staff. Your sample selection is stored on your device so you can return to it; this does not contain your name or delivery address.

Your rights

You may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, object to its use and withdraw marketing consent. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Draft notice: the legal data controller, privacy contact, lawful bases, retention periods, delivery partners and any international transfer arrangements must be confirmed before launch. This is not a completed legal policy.
