Affiliate Programme Terms
These draft provisions are not final commercial terms. Each approved partner must receive and accept the final terms and their individual arrangement before commission-bearing activity is activated.
Participation
Applications are individually reviewed. Sign-in alone does not activate membership or grant professional or staff access. Hartwell may request information, suspend activity or investigate suspected fraud.
Commission eligibility
No universal rate or payment timetable is promised. Accepted arrangements must define eligible products, qualifying net sale value, exclusions, refunds, payment timing and any tiers before activation.
Attribution
Quoted codes, consented links, permitted introductions and authorised staff attribution are subject to the final policy. Expiry, existing customers and competing referrals require agreed rules. Codes do not imply discounts.
Advertising and product claims
Clearly identify advertising and affiliate relationships. Use approved promotional materials and truthful statements. Do not invent product experience, make unsupported medical claims, use misleading promotions or imply clinical endorsements.
Customer information
Share customer details only with their explicit permission and only for the agreed introduction. Do not include unnecessary sensitive health information. Full customer contact details are restricted to authorised Hartwell staff.
Payments and cancellations
Earned commission is distinct from amounts actually paid. Orders cancelled or refunded may lead to withheld or reversed commission under the accepted agreement. No automatic payout or payment-provider service is currently promised.
Resources and intellectual property
Use only material explicitly approved for affiliate distribution. Follow brand guidelines, licensing limits and withdrawal notices. Website publication alone does not license redistribution.
Termination and retention
Partners may request closure through their account. The final terms must specify notice, outstanding commission treatment, statutory record retention, deletion and complaints procedures.
