Delivery & installation
With Hartwell Living, professional two-person delivery and installation are included in the price of your adjustable bed.
Our delivery team will bring your new bed into your home, assemble and position it in your chosen bedroom, connect and check its electric functions, and demonstrate how to use the controls.
We’ll make sure you feel comfortable operating your new bed before we leave.
Reasonable access and a suitable installation area, including a nearby standard power socket, are required. Electrical alterations, structural work and removal of existing furniture are not included.
Your Hartwell adjustable bed is carefully prepared to your chosen specification, with an estimated delivery time of 8–10 weeks from order confirmation. Our team will keep you informed of progress and arrange a convenient delivery appointment when your bed is ready.

For an additional £165, we can arrange removal of your existing bed as part of your new bed installation, subject to access and collection requirements. Simply let our team know when arranging your order, and we’ll explain the service and confirm what can be collected.
